How long does it take before my money is refunded?

Your purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within five working days after receipt of your shipment.

How can I return my order?

Shopping from your home should be fun, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt, this will of course also be checked.

There is a ' hygiene exception' to the right of withdrawal for a number of products . This applies to, among others, Thermax and SleepyFones. If the product has been opened, your right of withdrawal expires. This is of course also checked.

Delivery

I am missing some products with my order! How is that possible?

Because we work with different partners, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days.

What is your delivery time?

We have chosen to send the products directly to you from the supplier. This way we can save enormously on storage, transport and packaging costs and we can offer you the products at a fair price.

Because we ship the products directly from the supplier, we have an average delivery time of 10-15 working days for orders in the Netherlands and 15-21 working days for orders in Belgium.

Special additional customs clearance costs and/or import duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

There is a possibility that you may be subject to special additional customs clearance fees and taxes, which will be levied once your order reaches its destination country.

These additional costs for customs clearance are borne by the customer; Trenday has no insight into these costs and cannot indicate how much they will amount to.

When ordering a product, the customer agrees to pay any duties or fees required by government or customs.

My order has still not been delivered and the expected delivery time has passed?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it may happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. If you have not received anything within 3 days of the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service.
